Why were you punished?: The user has snatched a gun from a crime scene under direct eyeshot of a police officer(me). Afterwards, when detained tried to deny it, and when being dragged in cuffs to his apartment to reclaim that gun from storage just disconnected. Not much intention to RP.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I would dispute but I don't have recording. I don't even understand why I was banned. I was roleplaying the scene, and the officer immediately broke roleplay, and meta gamed knowing I had stolen a gun, given he is omnipresent I now assume. If I am roleplaying a thief, would I tell the truth? He broke immersion, power tripped, so I went to bed as it was 3am PST, where I live. I didn't even get a chance to converse or dispute, and he wasn't even near the scene. If it is against rules to steal, I understand but a 1 month ban with no one even stating i broke rules is harsh. Watch his entire clip if he presented it, I was the only person staying in character. You cannot ban somebody for going to bed, without even explaining a rule was broken. Failure on his part as an admin, and player.

Additional Information: TYMON immediately broke character and threatened his admin powers the second I didn't submit to his "power"

First of all an apology is an apology. You either apologize for what you did wrong, acknowledge your wrongdoing, and say you wont do it again, or you create a dispute in which you say that youve done nothing wrong, and the staff member made a wrong decision banning you.

The facts are:
1. You broke rule 3.4 by picking up a firearm in a direct eyeshot of a police officer, from a crime scene.
2. You broke rule 3.18 by immediately running away from me and putting that firearm into storage
3. After being detained, and already breaking rules I said "Are you willing to return this weapon, or are we going staff" - which in my opinion is one of the mildest ways to communicate to you IC that you will have to comply with the request, or staff will be involved
4. You were being very difficult while being dragged into your own appartment to storage to retrieve the gun that you stole breaking the rules
5. You have disconnected 2m away from a door to your apartment, whilst detained, and while i was dragging you, shouting out of character while 10 people were around.

You might be upset about this situation, but that just shows me you have absolutely no knowledge about the rules whatsoever, and the fact you disconnected also proves that you are not even willing to take part in the roleplay, as you decided to leave.

You are more than welcome to make a staff complaint against me, about either me breaking character - as you have said, or about the length of the ban.

Im just saying that you wouldnt be banned if you just complied, and if you didnt disconnect the ban would be significantly shorter. You may or may not learn from this for your future interactions.

I will be happy to review another apology, but not after 1 day, but rather after 2 weeks from this ban.
