Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello i made a silly decision because I thought I could get into cover without breaking gunpoint looking back I realise how little cover I had too get into at the time, i will be a lot more careful in the future and not break 3.4 again.

Giving the fact that you are an experienced player it is understandable, that you have attempted to get into cover and put up a fight in this situation by levaraging the 3.4 allowance for such actions.

The only problem in this situation, was that you should have checked what the situation was, instead of just not looking back and pretending that the people gunpointing you were not there. You were also not close enough to concealment, and did not break the line of sight for long enough.

Just remember that in future situations like this you need to better assess the situation, to avoid getting in trouble. Here I can assume that if you have looked behind you, and realised that you were constantly being gunpointed by 2 people, you would have not decided to try to flee, and then put up a fight.

You not getting banned or warned recently for 3.4 breaks, and the fact you have waited out the majority of the ban obviously also worked in favour of me accepting the apology and lifting the ban.
