Why were you punished?: I was banned because my Steam account was linked to another player who had been banned. My friend and I had the same Steam account logged into both of our PCs, so when he was banned, my account was also flagged and banned.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hi, my appeal was accepted and my ban history shows one of my permanent bans was changed to "Permanent (Unbanned)." However, there is still a second permanent ban on my account, which is preventing me from joining the server. Could someone please check if this second ban was left by mistake and remove it if appropriate? Thank you.
Additional Information: My appeal was accepted, and my punishment history now shows one of my permanent bans as "Permanent (Unbanned)." However, there is still a second Permanent ban on my account, which is why I am still unable to join the server. I believe this second ban may have been left active by mistake. I have attached a screenshot showing both entries. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could review my account and remove the remaining active ban if it was not intended.
