Why were you banned/blacklisted: 2.5, 3.4 - User evaded over a 10.1 ticket, he then shot an Officer through a door after evading said ticket. (See: ScamBans)
Why should this appeal be considered: I would like to apologise to @Synatec and the people involved in the situation as I was putting their life at risk aswell as mine, I now realise that it was breaking rule 3.4 eventhough I initially thought I could shoot the officer as he was about to enter my apartment without a warrant.
I am deeply sorry from the bottom of my heart for my actions that not only put me and my friends at risk but also negatively impacted @Tetra
I have gone through the rules multiple times to the point where I now know the majority of them by hard and this can be confirmed by @THE SPOOK

I was there when this situation occurred, you have only just come off a 3 Day ban for 2.5 and 3.4 not really 24 hours earlier.

There was some fun within that apartment, however, you escalated it by shooting and killing @Tetra through the door causing a police raid and 3 others who were within that apartment to die by police, It didn't just negatively impact Finlay, but Myself and 3 other people.

I feel you should wait this out as you've just come off a ban recently.

Riley spent soo much time trying to ticket him its unreal, I was on scene and did not decide to charge him since the people the insult was towards did not complain. He also entered the property which is silly in its self.

He was actively avoiding a ticket. He does this all the time. The second someone tried to ticket him he runs away and refuses to accept it. The reason I entered the property was because he was actively evading. However I am not on trail here so leaving it at that.
Just to make you aware he only just got unbanned for a similar situtation

Without no warrant of she stepped into my property t.i. need to give me ticket if she wanted me to step out of my property so she can give me a ticket I would have done

Jay. I provided you numerous opportunities to step toward your door. Under the law right to enter private property I entered your property since you began to actively evade the ticket. (1k)

I can confirm, Jay was refusing a simple ticket, even took his gun out.

Tetra you did not need to issue a ticket for a simple insult that the people directed at did care not did I since I was dealing with a situation, you wasted a lot of time just to give him a ticket, you have a habit of jumping to conclusions as shown by your ban.

None the less he still broke the law either way. Calling someone a “paki bastard” is extremely racist. You can see in the video he points his weapon at me and attempts to hide in the rear of his apartment. All over a 500 dollar ticket
