Why were you banned/blacklisted: 3.4 2.5 - User assumed that roadcrew workers were "minging" which resulted in a gross overescalation of a situation, in which he shot and killed a government employee in a public setting, essentially taking the rules into his own hands.
Why should this appeal be considered: Hi,once again want to apologize @Sorle for dumb situation,i know that my mistakes repeats everytime,i need to improve myself,with these rules. (Dont know what else to say)
