Why should this appeal be considered?: Sorry when I was getting dragged by the officer that was taking me to jail I did tell him I had to go there is something I need to do I don't know if he didn't hear me, but I am a Muslim and it is a special month (Ramadan) so I had to go pray and prepare food to break my fast so sorry
