Why should this appeal be considered:
It was not a malicious rule break as I believed 3.6 was in practice. I am sincerely sorry to @Nate for my actions and I hope you can forgive me. I have not had a ban in 5 months and I believe that I generally have a good knowledge of the rules and this was not something that will be repeated. It was also quite hard to hear the commands given to me as the car alarm was quite loud.
I really would like to take part in the Halloween events and I really hope you can accept my appeal, I appreciate the time that you took before banning me to make sure that you conducted yourself properly.
I am happy to refund anything lost by Nate, such as the beretta and car damage.

If anything similar to this happens in future I will happily take a bigger ban as this should not be happening from an experience player.

3.4 - User stole a car and ignored gunpoint when the owner confronted him and the vehicle had come to a complete stop. User then drove into a ditch where he was completely stuck and had no chance to escape. While the vehicle had been shot at and in most circumstances it would be reasonable to ignore it as he already shot and try protect his own life, he had no possible chance to escape. |
