So me and my friend Sophie was patroling around in the city, when a road crew drive reckles and also running red light, a officer was allready trying to stop him but he didnt wanned to stop, when he comed to the bank he got out from the car and runned over the bridge to the regal when he after that runned over the highway whit no reason, you can see me ninja cuff him to get him under controll when he just quit, i Think this guy dont know what perp is and should get banned. // Heres a video

Correct me if i'm wrong, the guy that recorded the whole situation clearly broke 3.21 when he easily could take the stairs since there was already officers on the other side, now to the appeal, 3.22 Highway Driving,
and should not perform unrealistic
maneuvers while driving along the highway.: I can't see any reason why a roadcrew guy was driving like he did and also the red light thingy, if he didnt have a valid reason. BUT Government employees, excluding Road Crew Workers, may violate traffic laws if responding to an emergency services, but he clearly broke that rule tho since if doing so can be done without putting themselves or others at unreasonable risk.

First of all, you clearly broke 3.21 since you endangered your own life by going across the highway. Secondly, you should have given him instructions to stop, 'Oh my god, what are you doing' isn't something an officer should say. To then hit him with the night stick without giving him any instructions was wrong, rather than pulling a weapon, you should have made an effort to roleplay it out. As much as he is in the wrong, so are you.
