Why were you punished?: becuase i failed to follow orders under gunpoint
Why should this appeal be considered?: So what happened was a man I don't know came up to me while I was in a car and asked me who shot him I said I don't know and he pulled out a pistol and I reversed my car a bit further in the road and the man with a gun went on the road and got hit by another car I didn't know right after I reversed so he didn't have me in gunpoint for long since he was dead I went to park my car to realise what has just happened and the guy who had me under gunpoint was dead by this moment so there wasn't much I could do but I was also told off for making it look like I was going to drive off but even if I were it would make sense more than getting out my car because why would I get killed when the guy can't shoot me in my car I would rather have that damaged than die and I know he was trying to hurt me as he shot the car 5 times before getting hit.
Additional Information: the guy was dead. There was not much I could do about the car that had already hit him.
