Why were you punished?: "Killing Players For No Reason"
Why should this appeal be considered?: as instructed by A1L - I am respectfully asking for an appeal on my 6 month ban,
in the ban reason, it states I was banned for killing players without a reason (including logging off after getting shot, more on that towards the end of this appeal)
to be fully transparent and to clear things up - I did not RDM these two for no reason, but because they were both trolling me and falsely reporting me to the police, running me over and punching me every time they saw me. Both separately and when they were together, they both managed to have me falsely arrested and RDMed, thus having me lose all of my guns, money and time.
Because of this, I was very upset at the loss and to make matters worse: I couldn't get to explore the map since it happened on the day of the new update.
I did not get to capture all of the incidents with both Jake and Rugaal trolling me,
however I have two clips;
one clips is Rugaal beating me up and falsely reporting me to police, having his friend beat me with a bottle. I said to run the one on one at the VERY LEAST, but they both decided to gang up on me. and when I told the officer I was wanting to press charges - I was dead
the second clip is me exacting my revenge on jake for continuously trying to VDM me & Jake had also falsely snitched on me to the police thus having me arrested and ticketed.
although there is no clip of Jake running me over on the clip, there is another player who I meet at that moment where he says that Jake was ALSO trying to VDM him and that I did good for having him killed,
I understand that I should have opened a ticket instead of meeting fire with fire.
For that I greatly apologize if I came off as a low effort player, which I would like to stress that I completely avoid being.
If needed, please check my playtime, I've been on this server for a few years, considering that I greatly value this server & the RP experience of others, I am respectfully requesting for an appeal
getting banned on the day of the new map update is greatly disheartening and I truly am sorry if I come off as a troll / low effort player
Right before I called it a night I got to exact my revenge with Jake,
someone who had nothing to do with the scenario started shooting at me without saying anything, frustrated enough from me wasting all my $, time, and weapons I got off because I didn't want to get RDMed again, which I have now found out from the ban description it was a secret service agent.
Which is very strange because the secret service did not let his occupation be known. Nor was I shooting at him back, had I been a low effort player I would have started shooting at him back. If possible to check logs you will see I did no damage to him, he had no reason to shoot at me or even be involved when he was at a far distance. I would rather have had him arrest me than to start shooting without letting me know he was PD.
