Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Collier
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 2 Weeks

Your Steam Name: Abc123123
Your Roleplay Name: Yang Lou
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:225232531

Why were you punished?: 3.20 - Disconnected to avoid being mugged

Why should this appeal be considered?: After reviewing the last 160 cases of people breaking 3.20, I have found my ban length to be unjust. In most cases I find people with worse ban/warn history than me receiving a lower ban length with other rules broken along side the 3.20 such as 3.4, 2.5, 1.6, 3.21, ban evading with alts etc. I have never tried to ban evade with an alternative account as well the fact that I did not break any other rule other than 3.20 (intentionally or not) to receive an unworthy length of two weeks, I also have zero history with breaking 3.20, no warnings or bans linked to 3.20. I am always respectful to all staff members and normal players outside and inside of roleplay, I always try to condone myself in a polite manner I am also very transparent when it comes to resolving f6s, I always respond in a timely manner with respect.

Additional Information: Not only have I stated before that my disconnection was due to an unforseen circumstance, I have also stated multiple times that I am very happy to give the in game items/currency that would have been lost at the time with or without an accepted apology/dispute, I tried to resolve this situation minutes after it happened on my mobile device however the moderation team deemed my disconnection to be intentional. I really love the server and all of the players, the community as a whole, please relook the length of my ban it would be much appreciated, thank you for your time.

You can not dispute the length of a ban, your ban dispute was already denied regardless. If you disagree with the length and think it’s excessive, make a staff complaint.
