Why were you punished?: 5.3 - After dying while defending/countering a raid on his property, returned to the same situation as a Police Officer.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I was at the raid and i died in a very stupid way i was alive for like 20 seconds and then i just got on cop after and then i got called out to southgate after my nlr timer was over. so isnt this a new life and then theres nothing with it i dont understand.

Were you aware it was the same situation as you had previously involved yourself in, or did you think it was a different raid?

If you die as a civilian, you cannot return to the same shootout, not even when the NLR time is over, not even when you have switched jobs. Considering this, do you still believe the punishment is invalid?

I died at foundry when i was civilian. then i responded to southgate as a cop genuinly beliveing the other raid was over since it was almost 15 min ago and then when i was at buisness gas staiton theres gets calle over the radio that theres heavy shots fired at lakeview and then i actually say to my friend i come there indstead and then when i drove past southgate i get shot at and i drive around to indurstiral where i then die to one of them. and at foundry i got sniped out of nowere and i didnt know where i got shoot from and who it was.

It took about 13 minutes between your first death (at the very beginning of the raid) and your second one. Shootouts are known to last longer than 10 minutes in many cases, and you based your sole decision on that time being elapsed. You should have not responded if you had no other indication that it was a different situation (such as Code 4 being clearly called, for example), as the chances of it being the same shootout are much higher than those of two completely different situations having started in that short time frame.
