Why should this appeal be considered?: So basically this guy never said "hands up" or anything indicating that he had a gun to my head. Me hearing steps and seeing smt like a hand glitching through my body I ofc pull a gun and turn around. If you listen closely he says "Shut your bitch ass up" or smt like that, doesn't indicate that he had a gun to me if he had said "Hands up" or anything indicating he had a gun then I would have noticed that I had a gun to my head, which I, in this case, doesn't get informed. Also if this guy had just followed gp and then accepted to be zip tied this situation wouldn't have happened.
