Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The user blatantly failed to comply with orders given by police under gunpoint.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I didnt "blatantly fail to comply with orders given by police under gunpoint." I wasnt even given a chance to defend myself by the staff member before he made his "judgement".
3 cops approach me, none of them gunpoint and say hands up and as soon as I realise they are trying to arrest me for a crime I committed prior within seconds I break line of sight. The only officer who didnt have his gun in passive wasnt even aiming at me, and when he was aiming at me I didnt make any sudden movements as hes just pointing at me and a general rule of thumb I have been told is not to surrender unless told to explicitly. The only thing the officer whos gun was not in passive said was "i dont know" the only person who said hands up was the young girl? But their gun was in passive so, as soon as the officer with a gun started to move towards me I broke line of sight so my life was never in danger, my entire body within a second was covered and I bolted away.
