Why were you punished?: 2.5 - The player shot another player for holding a phone out outside of slums because they wanted to raid their apartment. No raid was initiated and the situation was escalated way too quickly. Accepted AR

Why should this appeal be considered?: So we were going to raid slums, when we pulled up with our guns we saw mj texting org chat. To stop Mj from giving further information and to prevent him from flanking us, we wanted to gunpoint mj. Just so that his org members didn't know information about the raid. I planned to make him put his hands up once and throw his gun away and tell him to take his gun and leave while we start the raid.

So for my ban reason, Daan said it escalated too quickly but the only reason this situation escalated and resulted in his death was because he broke gunpoint(at least form my perspective) and pulled out a gun. You can see from the picture below that my gun is aiming to him and he is not armed:

All of these happened while I was telling him to put his hands up.

His life was also not in danger as the car did not even touch him. Finally in the AR, mj said that he took the gun out because "I took it out cause said org has a reputation for gping people so they can open doors to raid and I didnt want that" which is a totally invalid reason. Thus, this situation would'nt have escalated to his death if he did not break 3.4.

Semi-involved - just for the record, even tho MJ was walking down the street that does not mean that you can gp him to raid a completely different apartment before raiding in this case us, in this scenario please look at the dispute and my clip i posted of my demo again, as you did not even indicate you where raiding, let alone breaking into our property, while im not a staff member, I wanted to give me thoughts on this as I think being summerly executed on the streets for walking like this is live-leak footage does not count as starting a raid.

And for the fact that MJ pulled out his gun under gp, i feel like in this case that is false as you all had your guns in passive in MJ’s clip you nearly ran into him which then he pulled his gun out, where you shot him for no reason

If he complied with the GP we would’ve raided you first. Also please check the imagur link where it clearly shows my gun is not in passive when he did not have his gun in his hand. Second, I do agree with you hear, in my opinion MJ should not have pulled his gun, but you should not have tried to GP'ed him ether, Im just stating the facts of this situation, so thats all i have to say, this is my final comment on this!

We have discussed this thoroughly and came to a conclusion that the 2.5 ban is deemed valid.

The reason we believe that the 2.5 ban is valid, is because you have initiated a raid by gun pointing somebody on the street, from what it appears to be no reasoning, resulting in you killing the player, again, for no reason.

If he complied with the GP

We have also came to the conclusion, with the evidence you provided yourself, that 3.4 on Mj's part was not broken, it's obvious to see that a group of people whom were armed had taken interest in himself, resulting into him pulling a weapon without the intentions of using it to kill you and/or your group unless they were put in direct life threatening danger, then you decided to initiate the shootout unnecessarily killing him.
