Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - The player went into a shootout at boardwalk between citizens and the police, they had no involved nor did anyone they knew. They were just standing there and were asked to leave while a gun was pointed in their general direction. They took this as a threat while it clearly was nothing personal and had nothing to do with the person. There was also still a cop at oak hill watching over the scene so the shootout clearly was not over either and a cop was killed 30 seconds prior to the player walking up aswell. The player had no benefit to go into the shootout with the police to go and kill the person over an empty 'threat'.

Why should this appeal be considered?: The ban is false and the ban is very vague as the actual reason and it makes me seem in the wrong, There was no cop watching when it was time to kill the user, I checked up the hill when I was about to kill the user and there was no cop at scene/looking at me, It was also self defense he put my life at risk, Reading daan's ban reason it does not make sense he claims " gun was pointed in their general direction" when you can see in the clip he clearly gun pointed and told me to leave! also he put in the ban reason this "They took this as a threat while it clearly was nothing personal and had nothing to do" which it was a threat, even the rules say this "You must not seriously harm someone else's experience unless it is a fair and reasonable response to their negative actions against you." which he infact did the negative action against me, Also daan banned me for "There was also still a cop at oak hill watching over the scene so the shootout clearly was not over" which you can see from the clip I provided that when I shot the user there was no cop at scene/around you can also see from the clip I stood still for a moment to clear hills and there was nothing at sight, also you can see from the small screen to the left the cop was nowhere nearby, also he put this in the ban reasoning "either and a cop was killed 30 seconds prior to the player walking up aswell" which it does not matter as there was no cop at scene when I killed the user and last of all he put this "The player had no benefit to go into the shootout with the police to go and kill the person over an empty 'threat'." which I've responded to it already from above.

After reviewing the demo we have come to the conclusion that the ban is valid but will be amended to remove the mentioning of Police being present and watching over the scene as the last Officer at Oak Hill was dead and the next closest Officer was at the small suburbs house 3/4 which is impossible to spot from Boardwalk during night time+fog+render distance.

The new ban reason will be as follows:

As for your actual ban:
We have reviewed your demo and found out that you in fact had all the information required that there was a shootout recently at the boardwalk between a criminal and the police. Despite this you still decided to check things out and not even sell any product at the drug dealer at the time which would also be questionable by itself. By doing so you knowingly risked your life by walking into a shootout when a Police officer has literally told everyone (including you) to leave and not to come back with his gun drawn not even 5 minutes ago.

It is not a healthy precedent if we allow people who are willingly (or unknowingly, etc.) entering the scene of a shootout to start shooting the people who are involved when a person like Wxsley was giving you reasonable orders as well as a heads up that you should leave the scene. This of course does not affect counter raids on properties, this is a shootout in the open on no property.
In no way is the gun supposed to be a threat to you but more of a safety for themselves due to the shootout they're involved in.
This is also in no way a negative action towards your character which does not give you a reason to risk your life again to go and shoot the person who gave you reasonable orders to leave. You also left DNA of yourself in the process when you could have just left the scene but instead you wanted a kill for presumably the loot or just to kill.
