Why should this appeal be considered?: I was going to raid at hichtown when i arived there was a guy fishing so i told him to not move and put his hands up. He refused and told me he has a gun (he had a weapon on his other hand in passive) So i instantly killed him then i enterd his house to check everything out and heard that the police had arived and got killed after shortly after that. I tottaly dont understand why i was banned what should i had to do? just go away or what? ofcourse not because he would shoot me in my back 100% As rule 2.5 said during raid im allowed to kill visably armed player.

Additional Information: An F6 was opend instantlly against me in matter of 2-4min (wich is very rare because normally is takes much more time) but okay does not matter the admin started asking why i killed him wich i totally dont understand this situation was very clear and i should not be punished

He said is broke these rules 1.1, 2.5, 3.4

2.5 was not broken because this guy just died during raid.
3.4 How could i even break 3.4? i killed an armed person during an active raid.

And the 1.1 i tottaly agree with that one. but im my opinion this ban is not fair

Litterly banned me for 5days because i killed someone during an raid thats crazy.

I understand maybe i killed Demonz his friend thats why he got upset but still not a reason to give a ban like this

I hope you will take this situation serious and actions will be taken if needed.

Also i would like to add the evidence have demonz he told me he has multiple footage of the situation wich i never got to see btw

All doors in hicktown were open, there was visibly nothing to gain from raiding. The 3.4 is because you risked your life approaching an armed civilian, (me).

I understand the frustration of the rule, my org member has been banned for 1 month because of this and we believe it is outdated and needs to be revised.
I hope there is no hard feelings

So by ur logic people can buy a property, place drugs in a room inside open the front door and you will prorected for raiders? Makes no sense at all. even if the front door was open im no able to see tru the walls and know what is exactly inside . And as i said before i didnt see ur weapon at first because it was in passive mode. At the moment when i realised u had a weapon i killed u of fear to get killed by u.
