Why were you punished?: 3.13, 3.18 - The user took a raider's firearm while police were already on scene and immediately stored it. Moments later, the user also harvested narcotics from a chemical table to avoid losing them.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I swear, I’ve gotten so fed up with this situation that it’s really starting to get on my nerves. I get banned when I’m just chilling at home, I get banned when I’m driving around, I get banned when I’m walking, I get banned when I’m sitting—I don’t even know what to do anymore. I’ve read the rules 100,000 times; I know them by heart better than the alphabet. Raiders raided my house and I killed two of them, but the cops were still outside of building , I switched weapons and collected my coke. After that, the cops confiscated everything I had on me and took it away. Besides that, I learned this game alongside the oldest and most experienced players. Whenever they killed a raider, they’d switch their weapons, and I did the same—but I got banned. I feel like I'm being treated differently from other players, and I don't understand why. I don’t get it. Why am I getting banned at every opportunity? Others doesn’t face any consequences, but if I even crash my car into a wall, I get banned immediately. For the past two days, I’ve been trying to level up my firearms right in my own home, and now I got banned while just hanging out there. This ban could have been a one-year ban, and all my hard work could go to waste just because I was minding my own business at home. I don’t know—this really shatters players’ trust.

It does however confuse me a little that this ban comes as a surprise to you. The rules you were just banned for are the two below:

3.18 Storing Items
If your life or freedom is in imminent danger, you must not use storages, trunks, or ATMs to avoid losing items or money that you have on you. This includes removing weapon attachments.

3.13 Drug Harvesting
You must not take items from planters or chemical tables during a raid or when you think you are about to be raided, unless you have a significant chance of escape.

There are multiple PLPD announcements in the local chat, which indicates that police is nearby and coming your way. Looking back at the situation, do you not believe that you violated these rules? This is your second punishment for the same rule.

Looking at the video, I have also noticed that you walked off under gunpoint from the officer, which seems to be a violation of rule 3.4 as a well.

Could you elaborate on why you believe you did not break those rules? Any other players would get the same kind of punishment, and there are enough players who succesfully play without getting banned or warned frequently.

First of all, thank you very much for your explanation.

If you watched the video, you can see that I told the police, "Stay calm, I'm the homeowner; let me show you the keys," and then I showed them the keys. I only switched weapons because the police were outside the house during the lockdown.

Also, I didn't know that I had to stop the moment I saw the police announcement in chat. I thought this rule only applied once I physically saw the police in front of me. I apologize for this misunderstanding.

I also want to assure you that I'm not intentionally getting these bans. Who would want to get banned for no reason? I already have hundreds of weapons in the game, plenty of money, and everything I need. Why would I keep making mistakes on purpose?
