Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @DemonZ
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Week

Your Steam Name: tyroneBLACK
Your Roleplay Name: Tyrone Black-Moretti
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:640621710

Why were you punished?: 3.4

Why should this appeal be considered?: I am banned because the cop I unfortunately dealt with at the time is an admin so he immediately banned me, wouldnt check my demo and would not show me his clip either but a screenshot. The admin claims I need to calm down so he changed it from 5days to 7 days. I can confirm I was calm and am calm I have just smoked a blunt and literally just got online I believe I was on for 19 minutes and got banned. He has a pistol in his hands, however this is not clearly visible at all infact he got behind the green car in perfect timing for me to not see it and in general is hard to see, all I see is a sniper on his back. He claims he gunpointed me for a fair time, it isnt visible if he is. The car I am in the camera is incredibly low this is not my fault I dont feel like I should be banned

@DemonZ can u accept that u wrongfully banned me and unban me yet biggest of bros? watch the clip start it at 00:21 and set the playback timer to 0.25. Watch my rev counter I am already driving off because u even finish ur sentence :yawn::yawn::yawn:

DemonZ will not be the staff member to be reviewing this.
It is currently under review by uninvolved staff members, please be patient.

We have reviewed the evidence, both yours and the evidence from the banning staff member. It is clear to use that you were under gunpoint before moving the vehicle. If you did not initially see the officer, it remains your responsibility to properly assess the situation before attempting to drive away. Additionally, you deliberately approached an active police situation with a gun on your back, placing your freedom at unnecessary risk.

Your actions are a clear rulebreak.
