Why were you punished?: 3.4 Rule
Why should this appeal be considered?: I was apprehended by the police after committing a homicide warranting serious time. I watched the officer arrive on scene, and i ran around the corner of the gas station armed with my fire arm. I was already around the corner before commands even began being issued by the officer on scene, he then proceeded to chase an armed and dangerous subject down an alley solo (Arguably an even more egregious breach of the 3.4 rule). I don't believe that me not roleplaying the way that the developer in question would have should be a breach of rule, the same rule i was banned under states that shootouts with police are acceptable when facing a large amount of time. I've just come back to this server, and we are actually recording this time because things just like this happen over and over. I understand the ban is only a day duration but i would like to see this wiped. Its unfair to the player base for people in such positions to just decide they don't like the way you roleplay a situation and decide to dish out a ban.
In the additional information I've posted just a few of many REAL LIFE incidents that have happened, are happening all over the world right now. Just because you shout commands at an armed and dangerous suspect does not mean that they will comply with your demands.
Also, the time elapsed between the event happening and my banning was almost none, as the officer in question was Ezza. He just decided to go ahead and ban me right then and there without giving me much information at all. Not cool
