Why should this appeal be considered?: Where do I even start. I just got onto the server, got fuel and drive to get a property. I noticed a few dead bodies near hospital and some cars, I was thinking there was a possible shootout at near the area that had finished as there were no police about.
There were some gun shots which sounded like they were coming from behind me (PD/Regals area), I continue to go an get my property at the bank (no notification of a bank raid either as I just joined the server). After parking up and storing my gun I then see a TFU come out of a building he was the only cop in the area at this point and I tried to ask if there was a bank raid as I genuinely wasn't sure.
I heard a dead body and wanted to leave but I couldn’t as TFU was gun pointing me still. And after my surrender emote had ended I went to get in the car and go, I then saw an armed man in the bank and he started shooting so I jumped in my car to flee and with the wheels popped I drifted the wrong way. I didn’t realise my tyres were popped until I got into the vehicle as my first option was too drive away from the scene. Before I could even give myself time to think about the situation and had reversed a few metres away and stop for barely any time (I counted 5 seconds on the video) I was already dead.
The admin then sent me an F6 whilst I was typing mine to explain the situation and instantly says he's banning me. I tried to explain why but for some reason he just wanted me banned.
If he would have took me to one side after the bank raid I would full explained this to him but instead I get a month ban and have to make a dispute which in my opinion is a bit extreme as it could've been delt with in 5 mins on the server.
Additional Information: I’m really disappointed on how Efan handled this situation and I haven’t been treated like this before by the staff team as I’ve before been able to at least say something before I’m even banned.
