Why were you punished?: 3.5 - User after spotting a bomb being placed by other players under a vehicle, decided to interact with the situation by calling 911 and almost immediately after that headed inside the PD to go on duty. Once the user went on duty, they headed directly for the armory to gear up in heavy TFU gear and respond to the situation. While on duty he took another player's plate who he knew was a part of the bomb planting in his previous life for no reason. After the situation was resolved, the user went off duty to taunt the players who had placed the bomb there. Longer ban due to excessive bans previously. // Banned for Enforcer Tilin
Why should this appeal be considered?: I joined the Server Early In the Morning as I was bored but did not expect to be on for long. As I left City Hall and Approached PD I saw 2 Individuals I knew placing a Bomb under a Secret Service Vehicle. So out of Instinct I left 911 a Message informing them of a Bomb under the Vehicle then went and informed a Officer of the Bomb. I then went about my day hopping on PD as that was my original plan. I joined the Team and following 3.5 I forgot the previous incident. I asked over radio any active situations and as was informed on the Bomb Incident so as one of the only qualified TFU I hopped on and assisted with the incident. I don't know completely why I used my Speed Camera to grab a plate but my intentions were not to utilised this in any form and was shown on the demo they requested. Once the Incident was over I was very bored so had the idea to go gamble and then go to sleep so i proceeded to do so in the process of getting there I used the Laughing Animation once towards a vehicle which resulted in being the 2 individuals which reported me and once again it looks very intentional but it wasn't and then they proceeded to inform me that I was being reported via /looc . I then went towards Casino where I had to stay in the Server for an extra period of time to deal with the F6 that got opened. They informed me it was all good and that I'm fine to go so I left to go to sleep. I then got a Mail Message the day later from the Same Staff Member which requested Demos and then another Enforcer Messaged me informing me of my ban which I don't think is reasonable. 3 Weeks and the only thing that seems somewhat (suspicious of 3.5) is the fact I grabbed there plate with the Camera or the Laughing Action which wasn't done in any way to provoke them but looking from a staff perspective it sorts of looks suspicious. Once again I think the time given was ridiculous.
