Why should this appeal be considered?: I know ive made appolgys and that was me hoping for another chance, because i didnt want to make it come this far, but after further realiseation and review of my demo, i have realised that this wasnt what i thought it was, the shop i was living out of owned by valentine was about to be raided by police legit as i left to go to the casino so i was caught of guard, i saw kian there already with a gun in the parking lot so i had the idea to use flashbangs to breach, turns out police had already finished it and everyone inside was dead before kian even arrived , besideds that, i actually said this exactly to kian" right i have flashbangs but no gun, if we push up ill open door and flash and then u shoot" At the time and i still honestly do think a flashbang is a weapon, its in the weaponry crafting tab, irl its a weapon, it can cause harm to people irl, it also is very effective would be blinding and not able to hear, wouldve been a win for me and kian if i wasnt stopped by a ban...This whole thing wasnt me breaking 3.4 on purpose if i even have at all...I get my record of 3.4 is fucking dreadfull but its something i always say and will say again, i am trying to improve on it, This where i get annoyed because i had just got off a 1 month ban and waited the whole one months, 3 or 4 days later i was banned for this exact reason, another point id like to show and prove, is that ellie seems to think i purposely break rules from the vibes i get from her, also publically outing that ive broken rules, ngl SLIGHLTY embarssing when im already mad being told im being banned for 3 months and in denial... But anyway the whole point of this, is that the plan if u watch the demo that i will link is that there was no malicious intentions at all, it was all a plan to secure our shop, and i wasnt aware i was breaking 3.4 untill i was banned, my understanding from everything in the server, a flashbang is known as a weapon... Also sad to think a flashbang is the reaosn i was banned...
