Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - User ran over a cop when he pulled over his friend had his ticket book out, started a pursuit which ended up in the officer's death over a 12.3 ticket. Accepted AR
Why should this appeal be considered?: First of all I want to apologize for not responding on time for the AR. I was still thinking about how I should handle the situation so I am a bit late with the evidence.
"running over the cop"
You can see in the video that I was trying to park next to my friend, but accidentally hit the officer. It was an complete accident
"deliberately trying to start a pursuit"
What do you even mean with this? What pursuit?? The officer never chases me with an car and never ran after me. The officer clearly ran after my friend but then shifted his focus to me and gun pointed me. As you can see in the video I was trying to block my friend with my car and not drive away from the officer.
"failing to comply under gunpoint"
I first thought he gun pointed my friend who was driving away. When he said get out of the car to me I wanted to respond but a second later my friend shot him so I could have never reacted to that gun point in time.
