Punishment Type: Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Ezza
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Day

Your Steam Name: Locksmith
Your Roleplay Name: Demi-Leigh Bradshaw
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:183399913

Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4, Attempted to steal a car at the casino under 10 mins after committing murder, stated in report they didnt intend on driving the car.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello there, so recently i was banned for 3.4, following a situation at Casino parking lot where i had shot and killed two people after one of my org members attempted to steal there vehicle, causing them to attempt to defend there vehicle, after this had occured i had quickly took weapons and left the scene of the crime. While this was shortly after committing a murder on a civillian at subs on ramp, i believe that i had took sufficent precautions in order to avoid being caught by the police, this included waiting for a medium to large scale incident to occur inside of subs, far away from where we were attempting to break into this vehicle, And like previously stated no police had shown up to the area at which we had performed this, proving that it had worked.
Also im not 100% sure on the relevence of not driving the vehicle, i had already explained my intentions in the F6, however if that needs further explaining then feel free to reply to this. The video displays both of the situations at hand, showing the shootout at subs which would of distracted the police, as well as the shooting of the indiviuals and me fleeing the scene in a timely manner in order to flee successfully.

Given that you had no intention of using the car that you and your friend were attempting to steal, there was no benefit to stealing the vehicle. Instead, this introduced the risk of being caught by the police, thus putting your liberty at risk.

Whilst you did take some precautions to ensure that your chances of being caught were minimised, they were not eliminated. There was a chance of you being arrested, not only for the theft of the vehicle, but also the murder that you had committed shortly prior.

Committing an act that you benefit nothing from, whilst risking 10 years in prison simply is not valuing your liberty.
