Why should this appeal be considered?: First off bro I don't have super human speeds I was already in the process of switching my gun as you walked in. If you look at my hands you can see I was holding a taurus. I broke no rules I didn't have to put my hands up I had a weapon in my hands.

Additional Information: I already had a gun in my hands when you walked in.
