Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User did not surrender while under clear gunpoint and instead kept walking away from the player gunpoiting them, resulting in their death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: So, I get gunpointed for no apparent reason and I get no commands to do anything. Nowhere does it say that you surrender instantly, like at the sound of speed when a guy gp's you. Usually you get told to leave the area or put your hands up. This makes no sense. I get banned when a guy doesn't have his mic on. It's not my fault some guy figured out his mic wasn't on. I made the report to get my gun back originally but then it somehow turned against me crazy. I dont need more 3.4 in my record.
