Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Headline
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 3 Months

Your Steam Name: Keisar Jorgos I
Your Roleplay Name: Irwin Goodman
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:452672965

Why were you punished?: 1.2 - User called someone a racist slur 3 times in a row.

Why should this appeal be considered?: So, I saw a guy who had a finnish sounding accent and he was getting detained and he was saying something to the officer. So i told him pää kii jätkä or something like that i'm not sure because headline didn't want to let me see what I said.

Headline and Ezza started saying i said Paki witch is a a some sort of slur against pakistanis never heard of it in Finland. Pääkii jätkä just means shut up dude and pää kii is shortened version of pää kiinni witch means shut up.

If you go into google translator it will sound exactly the same if you type in pää kii and paki they sound exactly the same, so I understand if Headline misstook it for that but atleast listen to me or let me see the clip of what I said.

Additional Information: there is the explantation of pää kii in finnish I can type it in english here

Pää kii (or more acurattely pää kiinni) is a finnish sentence, witch means in text keep your head on, and more commonly when translated to english it means shut up.

You have previous 1.2 violations, even if what you are saying is the truth, which will be the case for the dispute, you understand going around a server which main language is english and saying words like this is highly idiotic, right?

Yes i do have previous 1.2 violations from the day i joined the server and one from a little while ago. I usually only use finnish and swedish when i communicate with the swedes and finns in the city. And yes it was a bit idiotic to tell a random guy who maybe was finnish to shut your mouth but i would never think that slur even exists i only know about the one against the LGBTQ community and against middle easternens and afrikans people and havent used those in a long time either because i want to stay in the community.
