Why were you punished?: 1.2 - User was discriminating / harassing a player based on a medical condition.
Why should this appeal be considered?: This was my first offense and i was given a 3 day ban without any warning. I know the comment i made was unacceptable but for my 1st mistake i believe a warning would have been a more reasonable response. I do not have any prior rule violations and if I knew i was doing something wrong and was warned i would have changed my behavior immediately.
The comment i made was out off frustration because its very clear the cop was incompetent and should be blacklisted, I was arrested on the wrong charges. It doesn't excuse the language i used but explains why i said what i did. It wasn't directed as a attack towards the cop but my reaction to being wrongly charged by a incompetent cop. I realize that i should have handled the situation better but given my clean record i believe the ban should be reconsidered as a warning.
Additional information: Cop who arrested me should be blacklisted i was trying to make a IA report but was banned before i could, cop arrested me for assault when the guy i assaulted didn't ask to press charges, if the cop would have charged me with the right crime i would have had no problem.
