Why were you punished?: 3.4, 1.6 - User whilst under gunpoint from a TFO decided to drive backwards getting there car shot at once he got out the car still under gunpoint said on teamspeak "I'm fucked I'm fucked" then he complied once an F6 was made tried to lie about it in the report and said he did comply and he didn't see him self being gunpointed
Why should this appeal be considered?: I was gunpointed by a police officer who was out of my current POV. When I realized that he was gunpointing me my car was already shot down which makes sense. I then got out of the car whilst on teamspeak and told my friends that Im fucked. I did everything I could to comply with the officer since I couldnt see him when he had the gun out. In my evidance link you can see my POV and how I cant see that I'm being gunpointed. And yes seeing a cop and hearing him say "Hands up" probably should have made me hop out the car, I didnt because I was panicking because we had just been in a shootout and im trying to communicate with my teammates who are also talking over the cop.
