Why were you punished?: 1.6, 3.5 - The user had acted on information from a past life by telling players he was being raided and to counter raid the property, this led to the death of the raiders inside. The user then lied to me in the report. Furthermore, the user failed to stay a reasonable distance away from his NLR zone whilst his timer was active.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I added the video to make it clearer. The admin asked me how i knew there were raiders after nlr i said because of a text off the alarms, this was not right. After i checked the demo i got the texts right after the raiders who killed the people raiding my base (10:07) in video. But i would have known they were raiding me anyway because i got called and told people were raiding me (6:38 in the video). Also you say i was staying close to where i died whilst under nlr. I was in spawn rolling a joint! and i left when i had over 3 mins nlr left. (3:41 in the video) Also if you listen to the conversation at (8:42) i tried to re-enact what was said but even if you take my voice away that i added. They came here to raid someone i said you can raid me i just got raided they might still be inside. I really dont think i should have been banned, escpecially since i have proof of the call that makes the nlr INVALID! <3
I never meant to lie to the admin i looked at those texts and thought they would fare up better in a admin sit then me getting called because i did not clip it. Now there is proof of this call so i did not nlr.
Additional Information: I made a previous appeal that was denied because i should have made a proper apolygy but i do think the ban is not legit. The only reason i commented ban apolygy is because matthew said he does not handle his own disputes and i needed to reply to it so he could handle it himself.
