Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply under gunpoint from an LEO, instead ran away without a valid reason. Later, the user failed to comply under gunpoint during a raid, this led to their death.

Why should this appeal be considered?: i was going to and on the stairs it wasnt letting me put my hands up and i was asking why and then i got to the top of the stairs it was letting me and i was lagging abit and i tab out and in that what took it so long and im sorry but the clip is the feel free to review it and the other officer said its fine leave him alone and stuff

From the evidence provided in this dispute and in the ban comments, it's clear you stalled. You failed to take the sitaution seriously and instead of complying you delayed by questioning. The claim that you could not surrender on the stairs is not supported by the footage, and there was no clear attempt to use the emote wheel. Given your prior history with Rule 3.4, you should have understood that this conduct constituted stalling and non-compliance.
