Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply under gunpoint from an LEO, instead ran away without a valid reason. Later, the user failed to comply under gunpoint during a raid, this led to their death.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Because in the clip u can see i was on the otherside of the vehicle whiles the leo with the gun was aiming and i tried to flee put he shot as my gun was on my back so i pulled it out and killed him but i should be dispute as i was far away enough from the leo to run but me killing him wasnt the right thing either and im sorry for breaking that

After reviewing the evidence, we have concluded that you broke 3.4. You were under clear and evident gun-point while inside the vehicle, and once again once you stepped out.
