Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User picked up a gun mid shootout in front of police, resulting in their death

Why should this appeal be considered?: At the start of the clip i thought the shootout was already over since there were no more shots and the bazaar was empty. I didn't even see any police. I walked up and picked up the gun because i wanted it and it was just laying there. The ban reason states that i picked it up infront of police but i didn't even know there were police present there. As for the part about the shootout since there were no more shots for so much time i thought it was already over. I left the server after that because i was bored and wanted to play something else

There was a TFU around the corner and there was also a cop peaking in front of you over and over. I am unsure if you are blind or whatever, but you should be valuing your life and leaving the scene of the shootout if you are unarmed instead of trying to minge guns. Denied
