Why should this appeal be considered?: I was in a staff sit about a situation where i was sniped by TFU when defending a friend , when i was told that it was just unfortunate timing , he asked anymore questions and i replied "yeah when is that shitty rule getting changed" slightly as a joke but i was a little annoyed about it as i lost a weapon . he replied "when salty players like u stop complaining about it "
At the time i was at subs with jay finch and baz and i said "bro im gunna shoot megasaw..... irl" i added the IRL but like 2 seconds after the first bit as a joke to my friends (which they both laughed at) , that is it , that was the only thing said about it and we started talking about other things. i said imma shoot mega saw as i was slightly annoyed by his sarcastic reply to myself , but aded the IRL after as i know my friends humour and they laughed at it.
A report was then created by Megasaw who was spectating me at the time for an unknown reason .
Obviously i never would say that two his face as i understand that may come off i an bad way but i said it in conversation with a friend as a little quip to make them laugh.
I would like to apologise to megasaw if he felt i had serious intent and harm behind my words , as far as im aware he doesnt even live in my country and im in a country where u can not even access firearms.
It was a one liner said as a joke to a friend and it was left at that we discussed megasaw no longer , but as i said he was spectating me and heard it .
I would never want someone to think i want to kill them IRL and i understand if he would warn me for that , but a month ban for something in my opinion seemed as an obvious joke feels excessive , considering in the entire time on this server i have only committed 1.1 twice
Additional Information: i get i have a recent blacklist from 1.1 at march but i think a 1 month ban is extremely severe and would like this reduced
