Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Nazeer
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Month
Your Steam Name: fred_XVII
Your Roleplay Name: Fred Steel
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:504278140
Why were you punished?: 3.4, 3.20 - User was under gunpoint at Rear Bazaar Parking and ordered to surrender, he ran away whilst under gunpoint which then resulted in a shootout which he died in and disconnected whilst unconscious.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I wanted to talk about the duration of the ban, in my opinion and other people to whom I showed the clip and all the previous bans and warnings, it is not right that the ban is for a month, as I said in the apology "from my point of view it didn't seem like you were pointing a gun at me" a month's ban is excessive also because the victim cannot choose even if he is an admin, if an admin is the victim of a rule break (I don't know like 2.5 or something else) there should be a third person who decides what to do (obviously an admin) and for this there is also an example it is not just an exclamation founded out of nothing, for example you are in Bazaar you bought a sniper for 50k and you have not yet deposited it in the storage, a person arrives and starts insulting you and you respond and at a certain point he takes out a shotgun and finishes you off (he doesn't even leave you unconscious), a person who is not an admin obviously would want the worst for that person with a ban that lasts a long time because not only is he dead but he also lost 50k of valuables so he opens a report via f6 because not having the power to ban people he immediately goes to an admin, the admins on the other hand can ban people and if this happens to an admin (who is frustrated because he is dead and has lost 50k in valuables) you have the power to remove the possibility of letting people play and you have to use it as best as possible (I'm not saying that you abuse it and I don't even think so but I don't want to get to that point) but from the clip it seemed that not me you were pointing it at me but at what was next to me. I showed it to a dozen or more people and they all said that the clip didn't show me breaking 3.4 and in my opinion it's true, I broke 3.20 never 3.4. (PS: I didn't use any type of AI, I'm using the Italian-English translator)
