Why were you punished?: 2.5 3.4 - The user defended their base, finished off a body, stored the loot, and left the area. However, they returned eight minutes later and noticed a police vehicle parked at the rear entrance of the office. Despite being aware of police presence, they chose to enter the building, where an officer gun pointed him. The user failed to comply under gunpoint. Due to him returning this resulted in a large scale shootout that left over 10 people dead. The user was subsequently shot unconscious and arrested.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello the ban reason is very misleading, I was never gun pointed on my POV, I only left office and came back as I was getting a car as we was either going to do bank or raid and I needed a car for that.
In the time of me leaving pd had shown up, to my knowledge only 1 officer. I see them in the car at office car park and at that point I believe that my best course of action is too attempt too go into our property, office 5.
The Peak is CLAIMING at that point my best course of action is too drive away potentially coursing a pursuit! Me knowing on higher server pop I'm not a great driver believe this is a very bad option and gives me very little chance of escape!
The peak also said to me I should hide on the beach or in city garage, 2 very public areas.
On my clip you can see me go too stop as I hesitated on going into the parking but knew I had no other place to hide out so stuck to going into office too stop potentially breaking 3.4 by being out in public places!
Now this is where I believe 2.5 should not be in my ban, I was wanted if I drove away and PD saw me and attempted to pull me over or I got arrested with me being in my car and on TS I would of been able to tell my org too KOS my location or meet them somewhere or say wait at PD and they would of got killed then and I would be in 0 rule violations. I’d also like to add, anyone who did die in that situation WILLINGLY went too the situation, my org and PD, so how is that 2.5 if everyone is willing going into a shootout?
I was in what is a very difficult situation from my POV and an escape was narrow either way
