Why were you punished?: 1.6, 3.4 - User failed to comply whilst under direct gunpoint, going on their phone and joining TeamSpeak while saying "We're getting raided." User claims they panicked in the report, which is obviously false.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I never lied or did not fully cooperate with staff. I admit to 3.4 and apologize for that but I never broke 1.6. I also want to clarify that I never said "we're getting raided" in teamspeak. I truly did panic since this was my first time under gunpoint in a little over 3 months due to a forced absence. I also have reason to believe although I am not accusing him but the way that phoondos replied during the sit makes me think he may have prejudice when dealing with sits involving me (see screenshot of sit in additional information link). It would be nice to have another admin double check everything. There is no reason for him to believe I was lying there was never anything I said or did that would imply otherwise. Everything I said in the sit was the truth and I have no reason to lie about panicking. Lying in a sit about panicking would be a very dumb excuse btw. I already have 1 previous ban for 1.6 which I am ashamed of and do not wish to have a repeat record of it over falsely accusing me of lying or being uncooperative. I have provided my view of the incident and the screenshot of the sit afterwards. I also want to make clear that I admit and accept breaking 3.4 although it should be noted that in my breaking of 3.4 I did not really effect the outcome of the rp situation.
