Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User shot someone for an invalid reason
Why should this appeal be considered?: First of some context. Me and my friend was standing in tidal outisde an apartment we thought about raiding, when the owner Tyrone Morris comes back. He tells me to leave, which i wont. Then he pulls out a gun and starts counting down from 5, whilst chasing me out of tidals. I then go to my own apartment at regal for some minutes and come back to find him and kill him as revenge. I shoot him, i get shot by his friend(who ran into a shootout without a gun out) and i die. Then a report gets opened 2 minutes after i die.
I dont even think the mod was sure what he was gonna report me for at first. The first line was "Hey, a report was made. Could you explain why you didnt leave the area after you were told to do so under threat of violence" i reply "i did?" which i did. After that he says "Why did you shoot them?" i answer "he gp'ed me and my friend for no reason, so i sneaked back up to shoot him since i had kos on him" which i assumed i had since he littlery threatened to kill me in that gesture. Then the mod tells me "He never pointed his gun at you" "So you never had KOS" but the first line of the report he litterly himself states that i was "under threat of violence" Which i was.
Later when i argue that it was indeed a threat of violence the mod actually says "Id say it was a threat of violence still... but not one that you can shoot them over." What kind of threat of violence could it have been, other than to shoot me which is deadly, and something i can kill him over? But not even 4 lines further up he states that he never threatened me directly and "He only had his gun out" Almost everything he said contratdicted everything that he said.
So at this point i dont even know what i initially got reported for. The mod asks me at the beginning why i didnt leave at first, implying that i got reported for failing 3.4 because i was under the threat of violence. So i assume that Tyrone Morris was displeased with the fact that i didnt leave at first which did, so he himself even knows he threatened me. Thus giving me KOS.
So either i "failed" 3.4 by not leaving, which i actually did, but that would mean that i would indeed have KOS on him after.
Or i "failed" 2.5 by shooting him "for no reason", but that would mean that his threat held no power, and i did not actually have to leave (even though the mod at first came after me for not leaving)
At no point was i told what i got reported for, it just seemed like the mod was gonna find out what to ban me for at some point and call it a day. This belief got even stronger since almost every other sentence he wrote contradicted something he would say later on or already had said.
But to sum it up:
With the logic the mod used, i can stand outside my apartment, and then i can tell everyone to leave with my gun out in passive. This has 3 outcomes. 1: They leave and i can never get raided
2: They dont leave and i shoot them and they get banned for 3.4
3: They shoot me and they get banned for 2.5
This is completely absurd
My friend even got banned at some point for not following orders of someone with a gun out telling him to leave.
I am disputing this because i think that this ban is completely unreasonable and invalid
Additional Information: + is it even allowed to just threaten people out of no where in the entire hallway of an public building?
I would also like to see what Tyrone Morris initially reported me for, because it seems like he himself thought he threatened me with violence so it was 3.4 initially
he sat in ooc and said a lot of disrespectfull things if you take a look at the logs, and i would like to report HIM for 1.1
