Just want to start by thanking anyone for taking the time of reading and considering this dispute.
I would like to request another admin look at this as I believe Roxanne was not handling this professionally.

The player Maddi Vixen made a report against me and a community report was issued onto me to leave the player alone.

I was on patrol as an officer looking for a mugger at Bazzar I stepped into a room where Maddi and Tyrone Morris were. I asked them if anything was okay. They started swearing at me and told me to leave. I left the store, afterwards I walked by oo the outskirts of the store , and when looking into the store and noticed Tyrone had a gun. I asked him to store it and he shot me on the spot. I was banned for interacting with them.

After this occurred an admin told me I had a report on the forum to not interact with Maddi. I then went onto the forum and acknowledged it with respect and full intention to follow it to the full extent. However I was banned 20-30 mins after the event because of allegedly harassing them.

I want to appeal this ban because I believe I was not given a fair amount of time to acknowledge the complaint. I got online and 1-2 hours later I was banned.

I attempted to explain this to the moderator Roxanne Cole and they said I was causing harassment. This is the video of the admin sit.

Once again I want to state that I had full intention on following the request of me to avoid this player, I am disputing this as I believe I was not given a fair amount of time to acknowledge the complaint against me.

I would like to also add that I did not directly interact with Maddi I interacted with the room, and then afterwards I interacted with Tyrone moments before he RDMed me.

I did not mean for them to get so upset I was just asking if they were okay, and then asked them to store their gun. In no way do I want people to be upset with me and I'm sorry that they feel that way.

The main reason for the dispute is that I believe I did not have a fair chance to follow the request of me to leave her alone, however i understand how that's open to interpretation. However I only learnt about this community report moments after this occurrence. I feel that I was not given a chance to follow the request made against me. As I had full intentions of following it after I read the complaint.

So imma just point this out, and im just going to put my side of things, first of all fully admit lost my cool in the situation should not have shot him, that is my bad I said as much in the report I made on myself.

I told you multiple times to leave as I was talking about something in my private life IRL to someone hence why I told you to leave, You then basicly hung around like a mosquito sucking the blood out of me, You ignored me telling you to fuck off multiple times which should have been a clear indecation to leave as you where on private property, you say you did not know but from the time I got to bazaar to when me shooting u in the face occered you done nothing but take the piss outside of the vault corp shop.

You then when I was trying to talk basiclly kept butting into something private which is when I told you to leave, you hid around the corner for less then a min then basiclly looked at us for the whole time when i was trying to talk to someone about something. You cannot say and I quote "I was on patrol as an officer looking for a mugger at Bazzar I stepped into a room where Maddi and Tyrone Morris were. I asked them if anything was okay." as yes while you did that when we asked you to leave you did not, we where not a threat to u and did not pull my gun out till the second altrication.

I got mad because I have issues trying to communicate already, and you directly spying on me trying to ask something to another member of the community which is something that is private, You did not want to just pop in you came in 3 times first time we asked you to leave, along with alot of other people for example and you stood there like a melon, When you must be fully aware how many issues you have with this member of the community, you said as much when doing the supervisor sit, also assuming it was @Tyla Jai who wrote that

TLDR - When someone asks you to leave, leave, dont take the mick and stay, leave when something is being discussed that is not for your ears dont judge us and basiclly spy, dont be that guy as you knew what you are doing and its honestly distasteful

I think Tyrone Morris should be banned for this, if we all acted out on our emotions the server would be in chaos. I would like to have his RDM reviewed. I dont think just because he was upset gives him the justification to RDM me. He also admitted to harassing me by swearing and that is also against the rules 1.1

I have had a recent warning for 3.4 but besides that my good behavior is proven with a improved track record. I do love this server as it's really unique, which is why I am trying my best to follow the rules.

And my RDM was reviewed, fully admitted my mistake and I reported myself if staff want to warn / ban me for beravity sake then they can if they deem it so however you knew you where causing problems and I think you should stop

Im just going to say my peace here as my name has been mentioned and this all did happen at my shop. Me and Tyrone were trying to have a private convocation even telling other friends to leave the shop. Luna has a history of harassing me while on cop, which can be seen by the emence amount of tickets he has given me in less then a month. He got a dm from Tyla Jai as on my first day back from my ban, he came into my shop while I was sorting out my notes on my in game phone, to do the laughing emote then leave. I reported this straight to Tyla as I have been told to do so whenever this person interacts with me.

Back to the matter at hand. Luna does not seem like the type of person to look at forums much as he was issued the dm from Tyla about interacting with me in game, Yesterday at 11.40pm. So with him being outside and in my shop breaks this as I very highly doubt there was any sort of mugging going on near bazaar because the mugging spots near it are more towards casino so if he was responding to it, he would've been elsewhere. He stood outside my shop for a good minute before walking in and asking if everything was alright, then proceeded to leave while saying "I was just asking as you both seem grumpy" when we were just having a private convo. I have a clip of the first half of the situation before Tyla Jai stepped into the bazaar, but I will post it straight to efan as it does have some of the context of what me and Tyrone were talking about and I do not think the entire forums need to see it as it is private.

From your history, it is safe to assume that a huge amount of your playstyle revolves around intentionally aggravating other players for your own satisfaction. This is not in line with how we want our players to play the server. Now, I can empathize with the fact that the situation described in your ban reason is on the tamer side of what constitutes persistent unwanted contact, or in other words, harassment, but we agree that your presence in the shop and the way you engaged with the players there absolutely was pretext to create aggravation. See: "I'm not in your shop", "You guys seem grumpy", and reading your badge number as slowly as possible, intentionally staying within earshot of the individuals you were trying to annoy.

It has also come to light that you have actively encouraged and requested that your friends target SourVixen and try to get her banned. For this reason, your ban will be extended.
