Why were you punished?: 2.5- User after forcing a player to surrender at gunpoint, killed the unarmed player moments after.
Why should this appeal be considered?: We were raiding Projex, Me and my teammate were inside and one teammate outside, We all had our weapons out.
We were going down the stairs and we see a car pullin, lets mention shots were fired, dead cops, we went outside with guns out of course, the guy pulled with a car and he had AK on his back, We told him to go away, he drove back couple meters and comes back again...
He didnt comply the first time we told him to go away, so we told him to get out the car and surrender.
He complied, 5 seconds or so passed by and we see a car driving towards us and in a split second i didnt even noticed them and they rammed me over.
got knocked downed, while laying down on the ground a fight started between my 2 teammates and his friends.
When i stood back up i saw the guy who surrendered, not behind cover, but running towards and AK-47 on the ground trying to pick it up...
The guy risked his life trying to pick that AK-47 on the ground while two of my teammates already wiped his friends and he was the only guy alive they both were aiming at him...after my teammates killed his friends the guy decided to grab an AK-47 from the ground and at that time i stood back up and i saw that.
Three people were aiming at him, seeing his trying to grab a gun off the ground breaking 3.4.
Couldve ran to Bazzar but he didnt, Couldve hid behind cover but he didnt, being unarmed in an active shootout is a 3.4 rule break, spent uneeded time on scene for no reason, well....he tried to pick up the AK-47 off the ground.
People who arent complying and breaking rules are getting killed all the time, i did the same, he broke a rule and i killed him simple as that.
