Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.20 - User shot a hiding, unarmed, uninvolved player during a raid, then disconnected with a report open.

Why should this appeal be considered?: so 1 i did not see the report as i was alt tabbed on opera looking at something it was on my main monitor then i decided to close gmod through steam because i got bored and i did not see the report nor hear it pop up
2 he could've had a pistol, a small gun on his back
he's actively moving? and he hid behind cover ive asked people if they would shoot them to and they said "yes because he could of pulled a gun out while crouched" also he was involved? i also said sorry in looc because i realised the fuck up.

3.20 Will be removed from your ban as I do not see any reports regarding this from Scrabuz. Maybe he tried creating it and you disconnected already/at the same time.
