Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - User repeatedly killed a player without a valid reason. He then proceeded to find the same player in spawn and knock him out multiple times in front of a government employee. After being confronted about this, he said "I DON'T CARE" and then threw a grenade off the roof, resulting in him killing the same player.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I killed him because he was being racist towards me and used a racial slur. I refuse to roleplay with anyone who uses racist language. My concern is Sean appeared to excuse this behaviour instead of addressing the racism or taking action against him.
Additional Information: Sean told me that I should have made an F6 report next time, however I already had an F6 report open regarding this player's racist behaviour. The report had been open for around 20 minutes with no response or action taken.
When I brought this up to Sean, instead of addressing the fact that someone was using racist language towards me, he dismissed my concerns and told me, "it's not getting answered' and 'I am going to perma ban you."
This response was extremely disappointing. I was trying to report a serious issue involving racism, yet instead of investigating the situation, I felt ignored and threatened with punishment myself. hence why i threw a impact grenade making sure not to hit that beautiful, innocent medic and only the ugly racist. Sean response gives the impression that racist behaviour is being overlooked while the person reporting it is being targeted especially since he worded my ban in such a way that i was killing him for no reason, yet i explained clearly to Sean that I killed him because he's a racists POS so no clue why he would lie in ban reason...
I do not believe this is acceptable staff conduct. Racism should be taken seriously, and players reporting it should not be dismissed or punished for raising concerns.
