Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User returned to where they had died previously during a raid. When told to leave, the user ignored gunpoint and continued to search for a weapon that they had seen

Why should this appeal be considered?: when i first died i didn't die in a raid i died bc someone was trying to steal cars and i had went out there. after the 5 min were up i stayed in the city for a bit then went back to lakeview as i got out that guy had approached me and said get away and ran off. i was going into the building but i had seen a gun and i looked at it and got shot. i was on my way inside i had no idea there was even a raid going on i was just trying get back to my base

Additional Information: staff had made comments about how ive been in banned before and need to learn, but didn't even hear my side completely??

You were gun-pointed and told to leave, in which you decided to not, by walking up to a weapon and inspecting it, therefore you put yourself at risk and died in result.
