Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User left their apartment during a shootout, when told to leave they delayed while giving officers an attitude

Why should this appeal be considered?: Stray bullets were coming into my apartment. Since the bullet(s) were clipping through the floor my character was terrified, in hopes to increase roleplay, I go outside of my apartment, not to the top floor where the shootout was, and I ask an officer to escort me out. I told him I was scared and needed him to hold my hand and walk me out. I don't know how I wasn't taking my life seriously since I was trying to get away from where the gunshots were. I was a fish in the barrel in my apartment; I didn't ruin any RP or break immersion for anyone. If asking an officer to relocate me to safety was an "attitude," then sure, I'm guilty, but it's not... Terrible ban, do better!

The demo doesn't have my audio from when I was talking in the hallway, but I pretty much said what I was saying in-game. I asked them to help me get out, but they only said they didn't care, so back to my coffin (my apartment) I went like they asked. No RP ruined, nothing changed

You most blatantly risked your life several times, you literally decided to walk outside your apartment not once but twice during the shootout and was not valuing your life at all and was literally near enough right next to the TFU whilst they were having a shootout outside of the apartment 4. No stray bullets were going into your property at all, if you were really scared you'd run downstairs, not sit and idle right next to the officer shooting at the shooters? Makes no sense at all, have a read over 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk. What a joke
