Why were you punished?: Justified killing, misleading report by the agressor

Why should this appeal be considered?: I was at bazar, verbal altercation happened with the guys running the betting stands. 2 guys came and started punching me, not stopping. My friend gunpointed them and told them to stop, and they still decided to chase me and punch more. When they didnt stop chasing after first 2 warnings from my friend, he started shooting, which is when I pulled my gun out and also started shooting. I will send my demo to whoever reviews this and you'll be able to see this. After this, the 2 guys decided to hunt me down , shot at me and my friend almost killing, but we escaped. The report was opened, at which point I went to storage and opened it to reply, where they then pulled up and tried to mug me as I was replying to the report. I had 0 intention of engaging with this unfair mugging and I was just about to hop off aswell, so I decided to leave after waiting for 5 minutes for a response from the person who was handling the report. Also, it seenms like the other person who was killed was hunting me down, which would be against NLR, and also isn't mugging at the storage not allowed?

After thoroughly reviewing the incident, we have concluded that the ban is valid, and the events did not unfold as you have portrayed them in this dispute. Your claim that you were punched non-stop is incorrect, and the person ceased shortly after you ran away from them. Unlike what you argue, the person had stopped punching you before your friend's warnings. Also, you claim you only fired once your friend had started doing so, but this is also incorrect. As for the disconnection, you are not allowed to break the rules and leave in the middle of a role-play situation as well as with an open report just because you believe the situation you are facing is "unfair". Furthermore, just because someone instructs you to put your hands up it does not mean you are being mugged. Please refer to Rule 2.6 for more information on what to do when you believe someone is doing something you disagree with and which you believe goes against the rules.

As for the other party breaking the rules, you could have probably reported this if you had not left with your F6 ticket still open. Nevertheless, I encourage you to reach out to Sza to ask them about that, make an Action Request, or create a Staff Complaint if you do not think he dealt with the matter appropriately.
