Why were you punished?: 1.6, 3.4 - The user fled a over a traffic stop without a valid reason. When questioned within a report, user said he fled over having a gun on his back, however this was not the case, as he had stored the gun in the trunk moments prior to being pursued.
Why should this appeal be considered?: The situation started off by me, toby & frod3 getting ready to commit illegal crimes with weapons. Toby starts driving and ends up in a pursuit. The pursuit lasted a good few minutes and at a certain point we lost them at roadcrew station where we stored our guns we had on our backs. Then I tried to get out a car from roadcrew station (I had none unfortunately) so we had to keep driving. After that 3 medics pulled up and we knew they were snitching on us, so we quickly got in the car and then I started driving away. Toby got out the car like a few seconds after and started running away and I was still driving with frod3 in the car.
I'm not gonna dispute this part even though I think it's valid but in short the cop was intending to pull toby over for reckless driving, then he fled, and lost cops at roadcrew where we stored guns
THEN I continued the chase because I'd 100% get arrested for 6.9 since they didn't know who was in the car when the chase first started and toby ran away at stallburg after we stored our guns at roadcrew and medic called our location out and possibly also me being the driver questionmark? This is the part I got banned for even tho in the ban reason it doesn't say that.
From what I know, the report originally started with a 3.4 report on me which was denied and after it got denied he reported us for fleeing over a traffic stop. When the report was made on me said staff member asked me why I fleed and I mentioned I had 1k coke + a gun on my back because I was involved in another police chase after this whole situation happened, then I corrected myself and said I had a gun on my back, but I wasn't even the one who initiated the chase in the first place and didn't specify when or where I had a gun on my back. Staff member didn't question me further about it despite knowing I wasn't the one who started the chase leading to me also getting punished for 1.6.
In short I think this whole situation is stupid. The chase was valid and nobody ended up losing their lives. I don't think anyone should have gotten punished over this.
