Why were you punished?: A player gunpointed me at drug dealer and forcing me into a more discreate area the player took forever too zip tie me and my hands went down there was a corner 5 feet away so i ran and got 30 plus feet away rounding 2 corners

Why should this appeal be considered?: i can't find anywhere where it says if zipties are in the hand i can't run away he had plenty of time too zip tie me https://perpheads.com/threads/how-2-gunpoint.3349/ this states that if i have a close enough corner too get away i can run and i rounded 2 corners

The primary issue at hand here is that you had no reasonable way to escape the player having a gun here. As is fairly clearly shown, while you may have rounded some corners, you were not able to do so in a way that could actually continue to block the player's ability to shoot you. The only way you would have not been shot there given the avenues of escape available, would be the player mugging you choosing not to kill you.

If you are in a situation where you can break gunpoint to run, you need to have a reasonable chance of success doing so in order to commit to it.

To make this more clear, your punishment will be amended to:

3.4 - User attempted to flee from a mugging with no reasonable chance of escape. Once their mugger attempted to zip tie them just after the end of their surrender animation, user ran resulting in them being shot unconscious while fleeing.
