Why should this appeal be considered?: I don't have anything to say about prop pushing but i would like to dispute my charges for 1.6 and 2.5

1.6 I did not lie nor be negative towards any staff member during the whole process, i was frustrated but respectful and told nothing but the truth.

2.5 We had a kos on the person who reported us, my friends called it before but i wasn't sure why he was kos so i just assumed it was because he was going around punching everybody and he was following us non-stop harrasing us. Turns out the real reason he was KOS was because he threatened to stab Jimmy Haswell(which i assume would be a threat to life), even though i wasn't able to inform the staff member who issued the ban with the best information i could it wasn't because i didn't want to, it was simply because i wasn't informed about deep details about the KOS or just forgot it because we were dealing with some other things, which is also the reason why i did not take the KOS call until he started pushing his chance by making fun of my friends corpse (in game, not irl) and keep following us around

Additional Information: I do not have anything to say for 3.7 (Prop Pushing) charges because what i did wasn't something i should've done. But adding up the other rule-breaks which gave me maybe a 3 month ban for something that might not even get me banned is in my opinion just not fair. thehomelessguy claimed that i lied to them about the guy punching my friend (they most likely missunderstood what i said because i clearly said they punched my friend during the in-game report) and them dragging my friends body around even after watching the players demo.

Here are the clips i extracted from my demos as to why my KOS was valid and i did not lie about anything to the staff member:

We were testing something out with the piano prop and the guy i killed and one of my org members got in a fist fight until the person started running away.

The person was dragging my dead friends' body around while i was on the phone, talking to the dispatch to send some paramedics to revive him before its too late. They kept dragging the body around even after being called upon by my friend by phrases ''This dude is stealing the body, what is he doing'' which was also a clear rulebreak.

They straight up said ''Adolf hitler is dead lets go'' calling them a nazi for no reason and kept on emoting on their dead body and keeping on harrasing us despite being called upon multiple times before as well.

All the reasons that led me to kill Patrik Svensson are all over this thread with all the evidence. But i still unfairly got called a liar by the staff member, who issued the ban even after they watched the players demo and saw them dragging the body around, fighting with my friend, keeping on taunting us AND EVEN using a nazi slur on my friend Barry Bung (respected owner of the best organisation on the server, Nitrous )

Hello, i would like to get an update about my appeal because it's almost been a week now and i don't even know if its been red or not.

The core lesson in all of this is that honesty is the best policy.

You did lie in the report about the circumstances of the situation - including the prior context - which was not only wholly unnecessary, but you are experienced enough to know that we can easily verify the circumstances through demo review.

You claimed that the person was trying to drag your unconscious friend's body around so that you couldn't perform CPR where your friend had accidentally fell off the fourth floor of Regals. The latter part simply wasn't true - you crushed your friend to death because you were minging about with a piano and a car and crushed him when he stepped out of the car, and the body fell onto the paving stones near the beach.

In-fact, the former wasn't true either; neither you nor your friend James Haggins were trying to perform CPR on your fallen friend at all, and the player in-question only dragged the body a small distance over to the Hungriges parking lot and stopped when the Police came. The truth of the matter is that you killed him because he did the laugh emote after the Police provided CPR and no Paramedics came, and James Haggins said "he's mocking you bro."

You also claimed that there was an extensive fist fight earlier, with injuries so extensive it gave you cause to kill them anyway. This was also not true. A few punches and shoves were thrown about mutually between your associates and this new player, and it's blatantly obvious that no-one had intended to cause real harm or death in that interaction.

Also, organisation messages were exchanged, and it's clear you as a group were trying to find any reason to kill this poor new player, likely because you were bored. Words to the effect of "we can instigate him to do something" and "lets bully him so we can shoot him" were used. I could go into the semantics of why regardless, what had happened was not enough of a reason to kill him anyway where no escalation by yourself had taken place as per the 2.5 guide, but I don't see much of a need to.

It's also pretty disingenuous of you in your second message, point three, to raise that simply to try and increase your potential reasons to have had cause to kill him as part of a dispute defence. None of you remarked on it in-game at the time, and you never raised it with @thehomelessdude in the report either, so you clearly didn't care.

Next time, don't lie to us. It doesn't get you anywhere and all it does is either convert warnings into bans, or add additional length to bans.
