Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, when I type perpheads Rules online this comes on for 3,4
3.4: Basically fearRP. You cannot do something that will risk you dying if the risk of you dying outweighs the risk and reward of success. You also must not do something to risk or escalate a prison sentence you would be receiving.
In his case, Tilin review a video of me getting kidnapped, because I killed someone witch was crowbaring my car. he claims i delayed the whole interaction witch was not interearly my fault because the other party was also really slow at their mackings, they wanted me to say specific thing by ascking me questions and they wanted me to know the anwser. they wanted me to talk and did not like the fact that i was typing, he claims i broke 3,4 by responding solomonka but should of said salamaka idk what.
the whole interaction took 45 minutes total and 30minutes to get to the sewers, so yes by the end of it i was getting tired of the same whole questions asked and reesponse, not to mention that the players knew my name by reading it on top of my head.

also here we can see that they executed someone for much less then what i did(apeared to be their friend at first) therefor where the rule states that (the risk of you dying outweighs the risk) this instance showed me completly otherwise, that I was next, so at that point the risk was not worth the rewards as mentionned in the rules, also i was reponding to other f6 while this interaction was going down, because i was told previously that if i where not to repond i would of gotten banned, and since this had already started 40 minutes prior to that i felt the need to respond to the admin.
I am macking this request because i dont think that i shouldve of received a sanction for 3,4 as at that point the risk of me dying was not outweighing the reward, but aldo keep in mind that I did respond by typing, but for tilin it was too slow, and the fact that I was responding to other f6 was not tacking in consideration.
